Create model for RA(S)CI matrix

With Designer privileges, you can create models of type EPC or BPMN process, whose connections are evaluated for the RA(S)CI matrix. The RA(S)CI matrix displays the activities in a process and the associated organizational responsibilities.

  1. Create a model of type Event-driven process chain or BPMN process.

  2. Place the object in the model and use the connections is responsible for, is accountable for, has consulting role in, and must be informed about between the corresponding functions and organizational objects.

  3. Click Save Save.

When the new model is published and you select it in Published content Published content, the RA(S)CI fact sheet is displayed. Depending on the connections between the functions and the organizational items, the participation of the organizational elements in the function (activities) is displayed.
