Publish model

You can publish a model to displayed it in Published content Published content. The publishing status of models is displayed next to the model name:

  • Not published

    The model is not published and is not displayed in Published content Published content .

  • Published

    The current model is published and can be viewed by users in Published content Published content .

  • Published (outdated)

    The model is published, but has been changed in the meantime. Therefore, the published model in Published content Published content shows an outdated status.

Prerequisite

The publication mode of the database is set to Auto-publication off.

Procedure. Procedure

  1. Open the model that is to be published in the modeling component.

  2. ClickMore More > Preview in the upper right corner to check the model before publishing. The Fact sheet preview is displayed in a new browser tab.

  3. Close the Fact sheet preview browser tab.

  4. Click Publish in the upper right corner.

  5. Click OK.

The publishing status of the model is updated and users can see the model in Published content Published content.

To remove a published model, for example because it is no longer relevant, click More More > Remove publication in the upper right corner of the open model. After removal, the model is no longer available in Published content Published content.
